Uchambuzi uliofanywa unasisitiza umuhimu wa elimu rasmi na ile isiyo rasmi, upatikanaji wa ardhi, na uzoefu wa muda mrefu wa stadi za kilimo katika uzalishaji sehemu za vijijini. Takwimu zinazohusu mchango wa elimu kwenye ubunifu na mapokezi ya teknolojia mpya zinaonesha kwamba mtu akiwa na elimu ya hadi kufikia miaka sita shuleni, nyenzo za kuzalishia na uzoefu wa kuhifadhi ardhi na mazingira, inamsaidia kuongeza tija kwenye kilimo na kujipunguzia umaskini.
