Chapisho hili limeandaliwa na REPOA kama sehemu ya ushirikiano na Mahakama ya Tanzania. Mahakama imewahusisha REPOA kama Taasisi huru ili kupima jinsi wananchi wanavyoridhishwa na utoaji wa huduma za Mahakama. Zoezi hili lililenga kutoa mrejesho wa huduma zinazotolewa na Mahakama ikilinganiswa na matarajio ya watumiaji na watumishi tangu utafiti wa awali ulipofanyika mwaka 2015 hadi sasa. Hii itaongeza uelewa kwa Mahakama kuhusu matokeo ya jitihada zake wakati wa utekelezaji wa Mipango-Mkakati miwili ya kuboresha huduma mbalimbali zinazotolewa na Mahakama.
